The first building — sixty dwelling units, seventy-eight volumetric steel modules — was assembled in San Diego in less than two weeks. Stairs and elevator volumes shipped with the residences. The site did not become a year-long jobsite.
Steel carries the height: rated up to 210 feet above a podium deck.
